Plotting Using Formulas
To plot graphs using mathematical formulas, follow these steps:

Create an empty project by selecting the File:
New Project menu command or by clicking the
icon on the Standard Toolbar.

Select
the Project: Add To Project...: Empty Data Table menu command or the
button on the Standard Toolbar to add an
empty data table to the project.

Right click on the header of a column of the
data table to select it and
open the context menu. In the context menu, select the Set Formula
menu command to open the Column/Cell Formula dialog
box.

Set the formula and appropriate options on the Column/Cell Formula dialog
box, close it by clicking its OK button.

Repeat steps 3 and 4 to populate other
columns of the data table, if necessary.

Select the appropriate graph tools on the ToolBox
under the All Graphs, Common Graphs, Financial Graphs, Statistical
Graphs, or Special Graphs tab to open the Series
Components dialog box.

Edit the options on the Series
Components dialog box if necessary and then click its OK button to plot the
generated data.
