Manipulating Graphs and Series
To customize graph
properties (e.g. graph layout, aspect settings, walls, panel, axes, etc), select
the graph to be customized as the active
graph and then use the appropriate graph tools on the ToolBox, controls on the Graph
ToolBar, or menu commands on
the Graph menu.
To customize the properties of a series (e.g.
appearance, axis association, points, marks, etc) in the active graph, use the Series Editor
that can be opened by selecting the Series menu command on the Graph
menu or by double clicking on the series in the active graph.

5 for more information.
