Check or uncheck this check box to show or hide the legend.
Inverted
If there are multiple legend items in the legend, check this check box to
show the legend items in the reverse order.
Check boxes
Check or uncheck this check box to show or hide series activation check boxes
on the legend. Checking or un-checking a series activation check box shows
or hides the corresponding series in the active graph. Note that the active
series cannot be hidden this way.
Legend Style
Select in this combo-box the style of the legend.
Text Style
Select in this this combo-box the style of the legend
item text.
Vert. Spacing
The value in this spin box specifies the vertical spacing
between the legend items.
Dividing Lines
Click this button to open the Pen Editor
with which the dividing lines between the legend items can be
customized.
Position
If the legend is a non-custom legend (the Custom check box on the Position
tab-page is not
checked), the selection status of the radio buttons in this group box determines
both the position and the layout of the legend items of the legend; otherwise, the
selection status of the radio buttons in this group box determines only the the layout of the legend items
of the legend.
Margin
This spin box is enabled only if the the legend is a non-custom legend (the Custom check box
on the Position tab-page is not checked). The value
in this spin box specifies the margin in pixels between the legend and
the graph cube.
Position Offset (%)
This spin box is enabled only if the the legend is a non-custom legend (the Custom check box
on the Position tab-page is not checked). The value
in this spin box specifies the position offset of the legend in a percentage of the graph width (if
either the Top or the Bottom radio button
is checked) or height (if either the Left or Right radio button is
checked).
Custom
Check this check box to make the legend a custom legend. A custom legend can
be dragged (while keeping the left mouse button pressed) to any position in the graph.
Left (%)
This spin box is enabled only if the the legend is a custom legend. The value in this spin box specifies the left position
of the custom legend in
a percentage of the
width of the graph bounding rectangle.
Top (%)
This spin box is enabled only if the the legend is a custom legend. The value in this spin box specifies the top position of the custom
legend in
a percentage of the
height of the graph bounding rectangle.
Visible
Check or uncheck this check box to show or hide the legend symbols.
Continuous
This check box is enabled only for certain series types (i.e. Surface,
Triangle Surface, Contour,
Color Grid, Tower, and Water
Fall). Check this check box to draw the legend symbols continuously.
Auto Width
Check this check box to make DataScene automatically determine the width of
the legend symbols.
Width (pixel)
This spin box is enabled only if the Auto Width check box is not
checked. The value in this spin box
specifies the width of the legend symbols.
Position
The value in this combo-box determines the position of the legend symbols.
